This program is an eclectic style of hatha yoga based on the principals of the yoga sutras and was founded on her love of yoga and the Divine.

Rebecca (Becky) Eirich, MSN, WHNP, RYT 200, YA 85-hr Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Certified - My yoga practice began in 2007. During a transition from being a busy labor and delivery nurse to an even busier Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, I began searching for healthier lifestyle options for myself and my patients. The wholistic nature of yoga appealed to me and I became an avid student. Deciding to teach yoga came as an extension of deepening my own practice with In Balance Yoga Teacher Training with Barbara Paulsen where I became RYT 200. My passion and career in caring for women through the childbearing year inspired me to specialize in teaching prenatal yoga and I then went on to become certified through The Prenatal Yoga Center in NYC, RPYS. The style of yoga that I teach in a warm vinyasa flow which builds strength, stamina, and relaxation in preparation for labor. What you will gain through yoga is a deep connection to your body, breath, spirit, and baby. We interweave topics related to pregnancy and childbirth. This provides a natural pathway for experiencing a more conscious birth. Come, connect with your baby, enjoy prenatal and postnatal yoga and find your community to journey through pregnancy here at Yoga Inspired.

Carly Chaapel CYT, KYTA - I began practicing yoga in college as a form of therapy and exercise after a severe ankle injury. As my practice has evolved, it has become a steady place to explore mindfulness, flexibility, strength, peace, and play. I teach agricultural science in addition to yoga, and I love exploring creativity through partner dancing as well. I received my 200-hour teacher training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Yoga has become my backbone for physical, mental, and emotional health, and I am honored to share my practice with you!

Dominique Mobley, CYT, RYT 200 - Dominique loves reading a good book and pushing herself to master new and challenging asanas. She has been practicing yoga since high school and became more focused on practicing regularly to help her manage the stress of balancing work and family life. Dominique completed teacher training with Barbara Paulsen in August of 2014. Dominique has a warm and wonderful way of relating and teaching. You will love her classes!

Emili Dempsey, CYT, RYT 200 - My love affair with Yoga began in 2014 when I found myself living a life that lacked happiness and purpose. I was invited to a yoga class at a local vineyard and was immediately hooked after I rose from savasana feeling like the Emili I was always meant to be. From that moment on, I craved my next yoga class and was consistently on the search for a new article or book to read that would help expand my knowledge of this beautiful practice.

As my practice and love for Yoga grew, I couldn’t help but feel compelled to share this with others. I completed my 200-hour teacher training under Barbara Paulsen in August of 2017 and am excited to begin a new journey of teaching what I love.

I believe that Yoga allows us to connect to our true inner selves without judgment. By connecting to our true selves we find peace and love, not only for ourselves, but for the whole. It is my hope that you leave your mat filled with peace and love and feeling like the person you were always meant to be.

Jean Froese, CYT, E-RYT 500, CVA 1, Reiki 2 - My journey with yoga began in a gym with no real understanding of the practice other than a “workout”. Great teachers and a passion to learn moved me forward and I eventually trained to teach. I teach yoga because I believe that healing comes to all who come to class, unroll their mats and practice. I teach from my understanding so my personal practice is ongoing and important. I love to learn different styles and techniques of yoga so I can bring these not only to my mat, but to my students as well. It is both humbling and an honor for me teach.

Kim Corda, CYT, RYT 200, RN, BSN - I began practicing yoga in 2000 after suffering a broken femur and knee in a motorcycle accident. It started out as a way of regaining strength and movement, and over the years, grew into a necessary part of life. As a registered nurse, yoga became even more valuable in helping me balance the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the profession. Seeking deeper understanding of the practice, I entered yoga teacher training in September 2017 and completed the training in February 2018. Through practicing, continued study, and teaching yoga, I hope to bring more joy and inner connection to myself and my students so that we may all live our BEST lives.

Rebecca Kowalewicz CYT, RYT 200 - Rebecca has been practicing yoga for over three years and recently obtained her RYT-200 certification, with plans to continue her education in specialized areas of yoga. She believes that yoga can be enjoyed by all and hopes to share the happiness and self-care that is experienced on the mat to everyone around her. She actively tries to practice all of the yamas (ethical guidelines) every day, but with a particular focus on Ahimsa (nonviolence).
